This blouse is inspired by the wonderful Anne of Green Gables. The designer grew up watching the movies and only read the books recently, but she always remembered the part about the puffed sleeves!
The blouse is a wrap top with side darts at the front and waist darts at the back. The sleeve is 3/4 length and is two pieces. The under piece can be sewn in a contrasting fabric. This pattern can be adapted to upcycle a mens shirt otherwise you can make it from scratch!
