Skill level: advanced beginner. In Lydia Naomi website you can find a video tutorial to make the garment

Suitable fabrics and material needed: 4-way stretch knit fabric (see chart), 1/4 in wide elastic for Style B only (see chart for lengths), it is most ideal to use a serger/overlocker for this project, otherwise a zigzag stitch can be a substitute. You CANNOT make this in a woven, non stretch fabric.
Fabric Suggestion: 4-way stretch with elastic content - at VERY least 50% cross grain (over 80% stretch may require you to size down and less that 50% crossgrain stretch will require you to size up — however you must test that the neck circumference will be ample enough for you to get your head through).
At least 30% stretch with the grain (higher stretch and weight of fabric will cause the garment to lengthen in all areas on the body).
Add extra yardage to accommodate shrinkage after washing your fabric especially for naturally derived fabrics (cotton, bamboo, viscose, wool).
Make a toile before using your good fabric.

printing: PDF's are compatible with US letter or A4 paper. There is also a copy shop size (A0) if you don't want to piece them together.
