Shipping
We ship our packages with Post NL or UPS, using track and trace. You will receive an email with the code so you can track your package.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 workdays. If you place an order which needs to be send urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Rates may vary depending on which country you are buying from, that will appear during checkout.

Sustainable packaging
As we sell sustainable fabrics, it’s logical that we want to act green also when it comes to packaging. We only use cardboard boxes closed with a special paper tape for shipping. No plastic is involved.
When possible we ship your orders using ourselves a reused box.
When an order is not too big we’ll use a small box, the one that fits the fabrics best and color’s charts are shipped in a small paper envelope; even if it’s not plastic we aim to waste as less as possible.
Returns (fabrics)
All the fabrics in the shops are carefully selected and easy to sew, and we hope you’ll love them as much as we do.
If there I something wrong with your order (if we’ve made a mistake or if there’s something wrong with the quality of the fabric) please let us know by sending an email to info@thekindfabric.com and we will make it right.
We do accept returns, however, please take on account that, since the fabric has been cut on measure for you, it will be very difficult to resell it. So please choose carefully.
We did our best taking the pictures to make sure that the color is right. However, actual colors can vary from colors shown on your monitor. We offer color’s charts and sample services for a very small price, and we are always here to answer your questions.
If, after you’ve bought samples or color’s chart, you want to buy a fabric from us, you will receive a discount code.
Conditions of cancellations and returns:
- You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
- Contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your item at info@thekindfabric.com
- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Color’s charts and sample’s services
If you want to be sure about the fabric or the color before you buy it, you can easily order a sample or a color’s chart.
We offer color’s swatches up to 24 colors of the size of 5x5 cm, and samples of 10x15 cm so you can feel the hand of the fabric and try to make some stitching.
With it you’ll receive a promo code to use for your purchase.
Samples and color’s chart are send through normal mail and are not trackable.
Please note: we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to the weather, customs or other unforeseen circumstances. If you think your package may be lost, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to work with you to help trace the package down and come up with a solution.
